I ran across this little video – This is something that is REAL and affects many of us. Brothers are hesitant to express these feelings – feelings they have no real control over and suppress to the best of their abilities in an attempt to save their perceived reputation and maintain their perceived status among not only friends but, amongst the Brethren we have within the confines of our Lodges and within the lives we struggle through.
Public awareness results in education – education being the awareness that not everyone can maintain the ‘Top of their Game’ when they are hurting inside.
Most – or at least, some people and Brethren do not realize that we all have afflictions in our lives – whether it’s money, your career, your children or wife or whether it’s some chemical affliction that has been cast upon us by the Most High.
Although it may be ever-present, there should always be room in the hearts and minds of our Brethren to share with others not as fortunate. That’s what true Brotherhood is supposed to be all about.
If you fall, your Brother should understand that it’s probably isn’t your direct intention to do so and he should lend a hand to assist you up again – it’s only right. So right that is is paramount in the 5 points of fellowship. The North-east ‘Charity Charge’ is Not just about money Brethren – It’s about issues much larger than than simple currency.
If your Brother had a visible injury, wouldn’t you assist him? Why not do the same with our Brethren who are inflicted with ‘invisible’ sorrows and feelings? They can’t just ‘make them go away’ – reach out and be a REAL Brother!

ooooh brothers, I am in the middle of people like this in Portugal. I think the matters are in a inverted Iceberg in their mind!!! They melt a lot of meaning, and something they want not to do but they MUST is JUSTIFY theirs decisions!!! I have say a long time ago: the "sentimentalistes" are a problem they couldn't themself understand!!! Do you give me Right Brothers? We have lost two generations because we don't have care about education!!! The Matter now is they have grow up and it's more difficult to care of a adult Iceberg!!! For finish, I think that, if they are in Lodge they must get out at least a time, And we will see after!!!
