As long as there is civil society or civilization and men who dare to dream, build, and want better for their fellow man there will be Freemasonry, it has existed since time immemorial in different garbs by the initiatory rites that serves to teach men how to improve themselves and to look within.

This reads like an old story. Where did it come from?

Freemasonry will survive as has been stated previously the real question could be in WHAT form. Freemasonry has already if only marginally changed to some degree excuse the pun so it remains to be seen to WHAT extent this change continues and what the driving forces behind any future change. My guess is that the Masonry we know today will indeed be considerably changed in say 200-300 years from now but the idea and philosophy behind Masonry and the principles under which it was set up are Universal and touch everyman in some way so for this reason I would be optomistic of its survival long term.
