The Secrets of Freemasonry REVEALED

In the hunt for unique material to post on The Northern Freemason website, I ran across this little video I’d like to share.

I immediately thought it to be humorous but after watching it, I started to realize ‘There are a lot of people out there who have No idea what it is that we do, No idea of why we do the things we do and No idea what it truly means to belong to the oldest Fraternity in the world.”

It’s amazing what the misinformed, or more correctly, the ‘profane’ believe Freemasonry is all about. Illuminati, New World Order, taking over the Government, you name it, we’ve been blamed for it all. Throughout the Internet, Freemasons can and are associated with much more evil than even some ‘hard-core’ Motorcycle Clubs – dependent on a life of crime, even highly organized crime in an effort to pursue their lifestyle.

I’ve been involved in Freemasonry for almost 40 years and have enjoyed the inherent right of visitation in many Provinces in Canada, States in the USA and countries in Europe…. but, I must say that throughout my life, I’ve never been exposed to even ONE of the acts or associations we are accused of.

I’ve attended a few Lodges where the Work of the evening was not as good as one may expect. I’ve attended Lodges where Dress Code was not as formal as may be expected. I’ve attended Lodges where Education and protocol were somewhat lacking .. But, that’s it – Never once did I attend a Lodge, anywhere in the world where crime, devil worship or the sacrifice of life took place.

Well, someone, the butcher I assume, did kill a pig or three for us to enjoy roasted-up on a spit at Social Functions and I did attend to enjoy the comradery and excellent food.

So where do these bizarre suggestions of “What Freemasons do” come from?

As stated on the Home Page of this website:   My goal, as a Freemason, is to provide a shimmer of Light to my Brethren – throughout the world and to offer encouragement and assurance to the public that ‘Freemasonry is a way of life’ and contrary to many other ‘Masonic’ sites, I assure you this one is composed by an old, 30 plus year dedicated Freemason.

Most of the time, when reading articles, I’ll refer to them as ‘Anti-Masonic articles’, I’m amazed what the profane can dream up. If only we, as a Fraternity, could use the same mass media systems to our advantage in a similar way, showing as much Positive as the propagation of Negative is shown, people would become more aware of our existence and our true purpose.

It’s amazing how many young men I run into through life who have No Idea what being a Freemason is all about. But, on the other hand, it equally amazing how many young men I’ve run into who believe we are a ‘bad bunch of conspirators” because they’ve read it on the Internet and believe it.

Suffice it to say, here’s a little video that I hope will be enjoyed by the Initiated and hopefully will not confuse the profane too severely:

Now here (the following) are videos what I suggest are a “load of crap” – you may wish to attempt to convince me otherwise but, Good Luck with that. These following videos are examples of the extent of the effort some ignorant people will go to to ‘save the world from Freemasonry’. They seem convincing – they seem to be founded on fact but in reality, they’re a “load of crap”… propagated for some unknown reason … Who knows?

If you are new to Freemasonry, you might wonder just what you’re getting yourself into – If you’re an old-timer in Masonry, you may wonder why you would be the 1 in 1000 this clown is speaking about but, think about this:

In all of the meetings I’ve attended in my life, in all the different places, of all the books I’ve read over the past 36 years of being a Freemason, during the 6 terms I served as the head (Worshipful Master) of my Lodge, during the 8 terms I served as the head (District Deputy Grand Master) in the Province of Manitoba, Canada, of all of the Grand Masters, Grand Secretaries and Boards of General Purpose members (here and abroad) I am best friends with, I’ve Never been witness to anything even remotely close to what this fellow is stating as fact to the interviewer.

Have some faith in your fellow man – seek out a Freemason and ask him what he thinks. You’ll be pleasantly surprised in not only what you hear, you’ll wonder why you didn’t get involved in the oldest Fraternity in the world, much sooner!

(whatever they might be) :
